Ed Sherbenou

Ed Sherbenou was the lead air purifier reviewer and writer behind Air-Purifier-Power, a website that our founder (Danny) will often refer to as 'the bible of air purification information.' Ed's knowledge of air purifier technologies and use cases was gained through his decade-long struggle against multiple chemical sensitivities (MCS), chronic fatigue (CFIDS) and Fibromyalgia. Sadly, Ed passed away in 2015 but his lessons live on in the many people who have read Ed's articles and have exchanged lengthy emails with him, just as Danny did when he first started writing about air purifiers back in 2010. In early 2025, Danny worked with Ed's family to bring back Air-Purifier-Power as the website had disappeared from the web.
